What if you are spending your entire time on achieving something, what if you are just enjoying, and what if you are neither achieving something nor enjoying your life?

To lead a holistic life, our time should be equally divided for both achievements and inner fulfilment, but how?

whenever we regret wasting time, it means that we are doing something which is not important and necessary, then what is important and necessary to us?


it's we!! Yes, it's we who will figure it out, and this blog will help you do it.


Dr AJP ABDUL KALAM sir says having small goals is a crime. some people don't even have a goal, the first step is to have a very big goal as there is no limit for human imagination (ex ELON MUSK), once you have fixed your goal, you should also have a definite age at when you are going to achieve and write it down, now try to create a virtual plan In your head to achieve and it doesn't need to be perfect.


" virtual plan? how to do it?" DONT WORRY.


we don't need to be perfect with the plan from day one but we need to look out for the progress of the plan every day, Rome was not built in a day is the same as true as Rome was built every day.


Try to break down the main goal with suitable yearly goals, yearly goals should be a road map to the target and please don't deviate, once done now break the yearly goal into suitable monthly goals, every starting of the month frame out the monthly goals to achieve yearly goals and then finally break it down to daily goals ( i personally even maintain weekly goals and then frame out daily goals). As said before achievement and inner fulfilment both are important, so in your yearly and monthly goals you should also write how are you going to give time to yourself, it could be relationship goals, fitness goals, travel goals, friendship goals, etc. Your planning should comprise of achievement goals and inner fulfilment goals equally


Never try to pack up your entire day, that is planing for complete 12hrs a day, initially due to over-excitement this happens but please avoid, practically life is full of unexpected stuff, so everyday plan for just 4 hrs and leave rest for unexpected things to happen as its the best way to reach all our goals in an efficient way as per the statistics.


Believe me, at this particular point you exactly know, what you have to do every day for just 4-5 hours to achieve your goal, isn't it amazing?


Coming to the end of the blog - Mastering the time game ( the most essential 30mins of your everyday)


5 min - write, read and visualize your long term life goals and yearly goals, if needed make some changes.

10 min - plan and review your medium-term goals, monthly and weekly goals.

15 min - write and visualize your actions for the next day that is your daily goals


Why is this 30min so important?

The most powerful thing in the world is the human mind especially the subconscious mind and we have to trigger it, daily reading & planning out our goals is what actually triggers our subconscious mind, once we forcefully fill our goals into the subconscious mind, mark my words 50% of the work is done, as said earlier its powerful it will be working towards your goal even when you are asleep, and as per the planning you are going to achieve everything.
