In the Jolly life we are leading we usually don’t imagine and experience life in a hospital (hope we won’t), I had an issue called DNS ( deviated nasal spectrum) which has to be operated in the nose and the small portion of the bone has to be cut, to breathe properly.
The days after the operation is done and being in the ward with the fellow patients is what I term pathetic days, suffering from different disabilities different pains, different problems, people suffering so much to survive those days, including me just to pull off the pain. some were even fighting for their lives so hard, that too for so many years.
The sad part is, in the end, people facing all this pain in the hospital is not to become Ambani, rather have a normal life as others and to have normal health. Which is already blessed for 70% of the population in the world, out of which 90% of people are not at all notified.
Actually according to my experience watching others in pain is a bit more painful and scary than our pain.
After all these, one line that hit me very hard in the hospital is “HEALTH IS WEALTH” I swear health is really our wealth, we are basically lost in our own world when our health is normal and most of us give higher weightage to reputations, achievements and money.
Where health is a most important thing and the very first thing to be concentrated upon, if not getting worse health takes done your precious time in the bed, hospitals suffering just to come back to normal.
#DON’T BE FOOLISH
Have yearly health goals and achieve it.
Thank you:- )
